Wilfro clean 100 is a Specialty Chemical formulation developed for use in ultrasonic cleaning or in spray application. It is a mildly alkaline, non-solvent based water miscible aqueous cleaner. It is non-toxic. It is developed primarily to replace the usage of a carcinogenic Trichloroethylene in soak and ultrasonic cleaning system. The product is designed for use in ultrasonic and spray systems. It is very effective in cleaning oil,cleaner and degreaser, greases, dried buffing, polishing compounds, metal working fluids and rust preventive oils. It can be used for cleaning steel, copper, copper alloys, zinc based die casting, aluminum, lead-tin alloys without causing rust or black coloration. The rust protection that can be effective only for 8 hrs. If longer duration rust protection is needed separate water based rust preventive dip or spray to be adopted .It can be used for cleaning aluminum without stain.

Wilfro Clean SC is a system cleaner recommended for use, to clean sumps, where-in, metal working fluids are used. It is normal to throw contaminated or oil split metal working Fluid. The bacteria which has caused the emulsion split has to be eliminated from the system before fresh metal working coolant is charged or wherever from one coolant of a particular supplier is dispensed with and a new supplier’s coolant is used. Normally the bacteria would develop resistance to one of biocides used in a metal working fluid .They would tend to hide in crevices and places to avoid getting flushed and killed .In such cases system cleaners like Wilfro Clean SC helps in eliminating the fungi / bacteria that are in line or in crevices of the machine where manual cleaning is not possible. Wilfro Clean SC is water based, built with rust preventives, detergents and biocides. The rust preventives help in protecting the machine in case after the system cleaning there is an idle time before the next change of coolant is done. The biocides used are very effective and compatible with most of the metal working fluids used in the industry and the surfactants present in the product helps in flushing fine dusts debris and also help in penetrating crevices to kill the bacteria.
